Good to Know

• Passengers 18 years and older are required to present either one piece of valid government-issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph. Passengers are required to arrive at the terminal no later than 40 minutes prior to their scheduled departure and complete check-in no later than 20 minutes prior. Passengers who fail to check in by the cutoff time will be unable to board their flight and their fare will be non-refundable.
• If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
• All passengers must be able to move independently to fly. Mobility aids (wheelchair, cane, etc.) may be used to reach the aircraft, however passengers must be able to board and deplane with minimal or no assistance.

The floating terminal is situated in the Inner Harbour on Wharf Street and is located beside The Flying Otter Grill Victoria Harbour Air terminal: 950 Wharf Street Victoria, BC Check-in time is 40 minutes before flight time.
